This is a development located in the La Princesa area, west of Málaga. It is only 10 minutes from the Antonio Machado Seafront Promenade and the stunning 700-metre Huelin Beach. The area includes large parks such as Parque Huelin (32,000 m² with over 700 trees of various species, an artificial lake, children’s areas and leisure spaces for cultural events). It will also host the future Bosque Urbano park, Málaga’s new green lung, covering approximately 100,000 m² with natural spaces for outdoor activities.
The area has an excellent transport network. Málaga María Zambrano station is 10 minutes away, with AVE high-speed trains to Seville, Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza and Valencia.
Metro lines 1 and 2 stops (La Princesa – Huelin and Barbarela) are 5 minutes away, connecting to the city centre. Several bus lines (1, 3, 7, M-110, A) run frequently, linking the area to the centre, Torremolinos, Benalmádena and the airport.
Málaga International Airport is just 10 minutes by car. Thanks to the excellent connections, you can reach the airport by bus (Line A) in 20 minutes or by suburban train (C1) in 15 minutes.
The A-45 and A-92 motorways connect Málaga to the rest of the peninsula: A-45 links to the A-4 towards Madrid, while A-92 crosses Andalusia and connects to the national motorway network.
