Betalingsvoorwaarden
Hoe de betaling meestal verloopt
Reservering
Met een reserveringsbedrag gaat de woning van de markt, meestal tot 30 dagen, terwijl de advocaat de papieren controleert.
Koopcontract
Het onderhandse koopcontract wordt getekend en, samen met de reservering, wordt meestal 20 tot 30% van de prijs betaald.
Tijdens de bouw
Sommige ontwikkelaars vragen termijnbetalingen tijdens de bouw. Volgens de wet is elke betaling vóór oplevering gedekt door een bankgarantie of verzekering.
Oplevering
Het restant wordt bij de notaris betaald wanneer de woning klaar is en de sleutels worden overhandigd.
