Designed by Clavel Arquitectos, this development proposes a Mediterranean and contemporary architecture that dialogues with the landscape and opens up to the horizon. Its elevated position and privileged orientation allow for bright homes with large windows and generous panoramic terraces.
The homes integrate the living room, dining room and kitchen into a large social space that extends towards the terrace, while the sleeping area is organized independently to guarantee privacy and tranquility. A layout designed to make the most of natural light, the Mediterranean climate and the connection with the surroundings.
The communal areas enhance the residential experience with a complete wellness offering. Surrounded by gardens, they include an outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, a spa, a fully equipped gym, a coworking space with an independent boardroom and a social lounge with a kitchen.
The landscaping, conceived as an extension of the Mediterranean pine forest surrounding the project, incorporates native species adapted to the local climate. The result is a succession of gardens, pathways and seating areas where nature and architecture are harmoniously integrated.
